Attorney Camila Martin has been licensed to practice law in the State of Florida since 2016. Camila is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Law Mediator and is trained in Collaborative Divorce.
A Cuban immigrant, Camila came to the United States in 2002 and has resided in Miami since then. As both of her parents were attorneys in her native country of Cuba, it was always Camila’s goal to become an attorney in the United States. After going through a difficult and long divorce process herself, Camila decided to dedicate her career to helping other families struggling with similar situations.
Camila has dedicated her career to helping clients with their family law matters including divorce, paternity, child support, prenuptial agreements, and post-judgment matters.
Camila personally understands how difficult a family legal issue can be and believes having the right representation is essential for achieving the best outcome and having peace of mind. Camila represents mothers, fathers, wives, husbands, and relatives of minor children in complex legal matters.
It can be overwhelming to navigate the legal system alone while taking care of your family at the same time. You need an attorney who knows and understands the law and has the perspective and understanding to listen to you and fight for your rights. Going through the process alone, without the right legal representation, can have long-lasting and costly consequences for you and your family.
Camila personally cares for your case and recognizes the importance of your desired outcome. Camila will be there with you every step of the way to assist you with your legal matters so you can focus on your family and your future after the process is over.
When not practicing law, Camila enjoys traveling, spending time with her daughter and her small dog, and dancing Zumba.
