Illustrating effective and professional representation for her clients, Cynthia provides a strong, unwavering voice dedicated to safeguarding her clients’ rights. She recognizes that each client has individualized needs and goals, because every family dynamic is vastly different. She understands that every decision made in a family law proceeding can have an immediate and direct impact on her clients, as well as their children. Cynthia takes the time to listen to her clients’ concerns and formulates a strong analytical approach and plan of action, helping her clients attain favorable results.
Cynthia is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. Cynthia currently serves as the Hispanic National Bar Association’s Family Law Section Vice Chair. She previously served as the Ethics and Professional Responsibilities Chair for the American Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division and sat on the New Jersey State Bar Association’s YLS Family Law Executive Committee. Cynthia is a member of the Family Law Sections of the NJSBA and the ABA. Cynthia is also a member of the Burlington, Camden, Mercer, Middlesex, and Monmouth County Bar Associations, as well as the Hispanic Bar Association of New Jersey.
Cynthia earned her Juris Doctorate from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center and her B.A. from Seton Hall University. During law school, Cynthia was elected President of the Family Law Society and sat on the Executive Committees of the Latin American Law Students Association and the Women’s Bar Association. She was awarded the prestigious Suffolk County Chapter, Women’s Bar Association of the State of New York scholarship and was the Graduation Award Recipient for Exemplary Contributions to the Quality of Student Life.
When she is not fiercely advocating for her clients, Cynthia volunteers as an Attorney Mentor for the New Jersey Law and Education Empowerment Program, serving low-income and first-generation students.
