Halina Radchenko earned her J.D. from St. Mary's University School of Law in 2007 and began her legal career at a small firm where she quickly discovered her calling, helping people navigate the legal process during life's most difficult moments. From her first day as an attorney, she was in the courtroom daily, honing her trial skills across two areas she became deeply passionate about in Family Law and Personal Injury. She supported and reunited countless families through complex cases involving divorce, custody disputes, children with special needs, and fathers seeking primary custody, always working toward solutions that served the true best interest of the children involved. At the same time, she was helping personal injury clients seek justice for motor vehicle accidents and cases surrounding municipal liability in the state of New York.

From 2013 through 2022, Halina was a key member of Hach & Rose, where she focused on catastrophic injury cases and expanded her practice to include premises liability, labor law, and gig economy litigation.

Driven by a strong sense of civic duty, Halina served as President of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association from July 2021 to July 2022. During her presidency, she secured passage of the wrongful death bill by the New York State Senate and Assembly, a reform pursued for over 20 years and one with deeply personal meaning. Her own family had been unable to seek justice after her father's death in 2008 due to New York's outdated wrongful death statute.

In 2022, Halina relocated to Frisco, Texas, where she founded The Radchenko Law Group. As Managing Partner, she continues to serve clients across two practice areas. In Personal Injury, she handles motor vehicle accidents as well as slip and fall accidents, bringing her extensive courtroom experience and a successful jury trial record to every case. In Family Law, she guides clients through divorce, custody, and complex family matters with the same dedication she has brought to families throughout her career.
