Jacob spent many of his early years in Utah before moving to Virginia where he completed his middle and secondary education and then graduated from Southern Virginia University with a BA in Philosophy. Outside of work, Jacob enjoys spending time with his wife and three children and is an active member of his church. He is an Eagle Scout and enjoys participating in many outdoor activities such as swimming and Spartan obstacle course races.
