Jennifer McKinnish is a 2005 graduate of the Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law and a 2002 graduate of the University of Tennessee. Ms. McKinnish is the owner of McKinnish Law Group, PLLC, a small boutique law firm serving clients throughout East Tennessee. An active litigator, Ms. McKinnish is also a Listed Rule 31 Mediator. She has led multiple continuing education seminars on effective mediation and oversees and mentors junior associates throughout East Tennessee. Outside of work, Ms. McKinnish is an avid Vol fan, Mother of 2 and active member of the Farragut community.
