We are here to assist with:

Divorce

Making the decision to divorce is not one that should be taken lightly. It becomes even more difficult if children are involved. Our team at McGuire Condon, P.C. is here to guide you through this difficult process before, during, and after your divorce.

Separation

A legal separation can be an alternative option to filing for divorce. While a divorce permanently ends a marital relationship, a legal separation leaves the marriage in place. Child Support

Following a divorce or separation, child support may be required by the courts to be paid by one of the parents. Determining the exact amount of child support can be a stressful and complex process.

Prenups and Postnuptial

A prenuptial agreement is a contract entered into before marriage, while a postnuptial agreement is a similar contract entered into after the marriage. The content of these notarized agreements varies.
