Senior Litigation Attorney
Stephanie Exner enjoys family law to be able to work closely with clients to pursue their goals in difficult cases.
“I have decided to return to family law because of the direct impact I can have on the family’s current situation,” she says. “I feel that I can use my experience working in very difficult and stressful situations to guide clients through their own case.”
Ms. Exner likes to think outside of the box and come up with creative solutions.
“This process is often more of a marathon than a sprint, ” she says. “I will work hard to try and settle cases outside of court, as I truly believe you can achieve the best results and have more control over the outcome, but am also comfortable going to trial and will not shy away from litigation if necessary.”
